Dear Mrs. Bennett,
Thank you for your participation at the Montgomery County-Norristown Public Library 2nd Annual “Ladies Day Out” on November 4, 2006. It is through the support of vendors that made this event such a success. We want you to know how pleased we are with the outstanding service Grabba Plate has provided.
We were quite impressed with the continual attention from your wait staff as well as the presentation and quality of the food. It is refreshing to see a service that combines the art of restaurant quality food handling with the down-home taste of authentic comfort food. Just the smell of the crispy fried chicken and perfectly spiced chicken stew attracted many people to the library. The many selections of side dishes made endless combinations possible and each plate was served with a moist square of warm cornbread. For dessert, the creamy banana pudding with fresh cuts of sweet bananas and vanilla wafers was the perfect way to end the day.
We wish you much luck in all your future endeavors and we hope to have the pleasure of having you attend any future events.

We were so happy that you were able to come and present at our first Senior Health Fair. We really appreciated your taking the time and energy to attend; we were so impressed with your presentation and knowledge about healthy cooking.
